NAIL NAIL集團現已開設10間分店，分店遍佈香港、九龍、新界， 於2008年於威尼斯人度假村酒店開設首間澳門分店，集團將於2010年6月假中環國際金融中心商場開設第11間美甲專門店，名為my NAIL NAIL，新店將會提供更優質及多元化的美甲服務及產品。
